Subdivision Development

Hinton Excavating has played a major role in developing the Rough River area. Established in 1952, Hinton Excavating is the longest operating excavating company on the lake. We have built many of the subdivision roads over the years. We can take care of everything from building the road, clearing and leveling the lots to installing underground utilities such as water and electric.
